A Guide to Charges and Payments

There are set charges for all outpatient services provided at BehaviorCorp. At the time of your first appointment we will conduct a financial interview with you to determine if you have private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.

If you have private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid, you will be responsible for 100% of your deductible, co-payment, coinsurance or spenddown. There may also be additional charges that Medicare, Medicaid or your private insurance identifies as your responsibility. If you do not have insurance, you will be responsible to make full payment for the services you receive. If you qualify, a percentage of the total charges will be set. That percentage can range from 100% to as low as 10%.
